Michael Longshaw Director – Resorts, Hospitality & Wellness
Founder of International Golf & Resort Management (IGRM) in 2004, Michael Longshaw has over three decades of experience leading luxury golf, resort, and residential developments across Europe, the Americas, and emerging markets. His portfolio spans the successful repositioning and management of Brocket Hall, execution of regional growth strategies in Portugal, Vietnam and Brazil, and delivery of high-value, golf-focused tourism projects for private developers, operators, and sovereign stakeholders. Michael is recognised for his expertise in multi-phase project delivery, commercial modelling, strategic partnerships, and pre-opening operations, consistently unlocking value in complex, multi-asset developments. Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a member of the International Mergers & Acquisitions Association (IMAA).

Wael Kaddourah Partner – Healthcare & Life Sciences
Dr. Wael is a pharmacist with an MBA and Lean Six Sigma certification. He built his career in international sales and marketing with companies such as GSK, Danone, and Sanofi Aventis, gaining experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas and healthcare solutions. He has led cross-functional teams and contributed to building successful commercial strategies.
Over the past four years, he has driven transformative projects with innovative start-ups, guiding them from R&D to commercialisation. His work has helped companies identify high-potential markets and establish strategic partnerships across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Konstantine Stowolosow Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stowolosow is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in IT systems, international business development, and biotechnology. His career began in the U.S. tech sector, where he held senior roles at companies providing advanced systems to the U.S. government. He later became a successful technology entrepreneur in California before going to the CIS region to lead major multinational organizations, including Novell and CA Technologies. In 2009, he partnered with Singapore’s Economic Development Board to help bring advanced technologies into the country’s innovation ecosystem, ultimately co-founding PVP Labs—a biotech company that developed a groundbreaking non-narcotic alternative to morphine. As CFO, Mr. Stowolosow offers strong global leadership, strategic financial expertise, and a commitment to innovation that drives sustainable growth and real-world impact.

Hans Koeleman Director – Strategy & Development
Hans Koeleman is a results-driven marketing strategist with an extensive track record of delivering tailored, data-driven solutions for global brands. His career includes leading turnkey projects encompassing market research, strategic planning, communications, and execution for high-profile clients such as ABN AMRO, Visa, Akzo Nobel's Organon, Novartis, Canon, BMW, and The Swatch Group.
With expertise in leveraging analytics to enhance brand visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive sustained customer engagement, Hans has successfully guided cross-industry campaigns that generate measurable results. He holds degrees in Business, Economics & Marketing and Electronic Engineering.
